Abstract
"First-degree"discrimination is an old problem existing in the employment of university graduates in China.This paper analyzes the essence,harm and source of the discrimination,and points out that in order to rectify the discrimination,we must reverse the employment orientation of"academic degree only"and"elite university only",as well as deepen the reform of education management and evaluation,so as to eliminate the identity label of universities and to guide universities to focus on the quality of talent training.关键词
