绿塘整体浇筑堆石混凝土拱坝施工期温度仿真研究
Temperature simulation on construction period of Lyutang integral casting arch dam of rock-filled concrete

Abstract
[Objective]Lyutang dam is an integral casting rock-filled concrete(RFC)arch dam with no transverse joints,and it is developed aiming to solve the problems of much construction interference,slow construction speed and low rockfill rate caused by excessive joints.In order to explore the temperature field distribution characteristics and stress variation patterns of this new type arch dam,and obtain the theoretical basis for the non or few joints of the rockfill concrete dam body,[Methods]the finite element(FEM)simulation was performed based on measured temperature data,considering various factors such as the upstream anti-seepage layer,prefabricated concrete block templates,concrete hydration reactions,elastic modulus growth and creep.The software SAPTIS for the structural multiphysics simulation and nonlinear analysis was utilized to simulate the whole pouring process of layered arch rings,and analyze the temperature distribution and stress propagation for the integral casting arch dam.[Results]The results show that the hydration temperature rise of RFC concrete during the construction period of Lyutang dam is relatively low,about 3~10 ℃.For some hot months,the concrete temperature after rising can reach up to 38.6 ℃.The arch tensile stress of Lyutang dam during construction is generally less than 0.8 MPa,but only the local stress of the upstream im-pervious layer with self-compacting concrete reaches 1.5 MPa.The prefabricated concrete templates play a role in auxiliary heat absorption and mechanical constraint.The transverse joints can greatly improve the upstream stress of an arch dam.[Conclusion]The results demonstrate that it is feasible to adopt the dam type of integral casting RFC with no transverse joints,which is poured by the whole rising of full section,but it is suggested to set up short joints in the upstream impervious layer and take appropriate temperature control measures in hot seasons.This dam type is of great significance to promote the development of rapid dam construction technology.关键词
