Abstract
Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party,bearing on the future and destiny of the Party,the long-term stability of the country,and the cohesion and centripetal force of the nation.The ideological construction of colleges and universities in the new era is faced with many challenges,and how to deal with them has become an important issue in the current ideological construction.This study makes an in-depth analysis of the challenges faced by the ideological construction of colleges and universities in three aspects:ideological cohesion,ideological authority,and ideological leadership,and analyzes the reasons for the challenges faced by the socialist ideological construction of colleges and universities from three perspectives:the impact of social transformation on the construction of cohesion,the impact of the side effects of network communication on the ideological authority,and the impact of international ideological struggle on the shaping of the leading force.In order to provide reference for universities to cope with various challenges in the practice of ideological construction,this paper puts forward some coping strategies,such as paying attention to the realistic demands of discourse objects,improving the operating mechanism of ideological network,and promoting the upgrading of ideological discourse system.关键词
