增强民办高校党组织政治功能和组织功能的路径研究
Research on the Path to Enhance the Political and Organizational Functions of Party Organizations in Private Colleges and Universities

Abstract
The 20th National Congress of Communist Party of China made an important deployment to enhance"Enhancing the political and organizational functions of Party organizations".Political function and organizational function are complementary and inherently unified,only"two functions"are enhanced,the party's political advantage,organizational advantage be fully utilized.In April 2021,the newly revised"Rules of the Communist Party of China on the Work of Grassroots Organizations in Colleges and Universities"came into effect,providing a basic compliance and institutional foundation for the development of party building in colleges and universities.The study analyzes the problems and reasons for the party building work of private colleges and universities,and takes Shenyang Institute of Technology as an example,and puts forward the main measures to standardize the party building work of private colleges and universities in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations in terms of perfecting the participation of the party organization in the decision-making and supervisory mechanism,innovating the way of work,strengthening and improving the ideological and political work,so as to promote high-quality development of private colleges and universities with high-quality party building.关键词
