摘要

Abstract

The digital solution more in line with the era should be sought by the traditional mode of production in traditional industries.The digital twin technology has the potential to break the boundaries of time and space for the key scenarios of safety and cost,but no-depth research has been conducted on this.To carry out the exploration on the practical application of digital twin in the operation and inspection of transformer sub-station,the Xiong'an Digital Twin Transformer Substation is taken as a case,and the pain points are summarized by combin-ing with the actual operation and maintenance of transformer substation repair.Besides,it is proposed that the practical abilit-ies of fast scanning modeling,physical engine base,and virtual and real two-way interaction should be possessed by the ma-ture digital twin.The purposes of standardization and practical-ity should be closely followed by the relevant technical re-search,in which the applicable applications such as migration and extension should be done on the basis of existing technolo-gies.The great potential of digital twin technology has been em-bodied in the operation and inspection of transformer substa-tion.Although the relevant theories have been applied in vari-ous fields,the further systematic and standardized research is still required for the implementation of practical demonstration projects.
