Abstract
To solve the problem of comprehensive aggregation of electronic health archives,integrate data resources such as clinical diagnosis and treatment,planned immunity,maternal and child health care,and chronic disease management,achieve the full lifecycle aggregation of residents'health archives,and improve the efficiency and quality of electronic health archive utilization.Extract resident health archives from grassroots medical institution information systems constructed in various cities in Fujian Province to provincial platforms,integrate diagnosis and treatment data from various hospitals on provincial platforms,and achieve comprehensive aggregation and integration of electronic health archive data on provincial platforms.Nearly 40 million complete resident health archives have been formed,providing data support for real-time updates and sharing of health archives and clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment.It is of great significance to promote the effective utilization of electronic health archives,enhance government regulatory efficiency,and enhance the level of residents'health services through the construction of a provincial aggregation platform for electronic health archives.关键词
