摘要

Abstract

In order to integrate and utilize Big Data of TCM,this paper integrates multi-source data based on multi-perspective,similarity and other methods,establishes a TCM prescription database,connects the data entity of prescription-composition-target-disease,and uses the graph database to establish a visual Knowledge Graph.The platform constructs prescription data mining modules based on machine learning and deep learning,achieves the efficacy prediction of prescription based on the medicinal property of TCM,prescriptions composition and deep learning technology,provides data statistics and association analysis of prescriptions,and the data mining platform is built.It adopts Alibaba cloud service architecture to provide application services such as TCM data display,query,association analysis of TCM,Knowledge Graph,and efficacy prediction in B/S mode,and uses computer technology to assist the research and utilization of TCM information to promote the informatization development of TCM.
