文章对我国大部分城市采用的定时定点投放、督导员现场督查的垃圾分类模式进行了研究,针对投放时间受限、人力成本高、异味滋生、居民满意度下降等难题,借助物联网、大数据等新一代信息技术手段,自主设计研发一种可追溯付费的垃圾分类管理系统,系统以手机号作为用户接入系统的身份认证,实现实名制投放.实现了垃圾分类投放实名、可追溯、产废者付费、不限时和无人监管的目的,建立了智能化、信息化的垃圾分类生态圈.

This paper conducts a study on the garbage classification mode adopted by most cities in China,which includes fixed time and fixed placement,and on-site supervision by supervisors.In response to the challenges of limited placement time,high labor costs,odor breeding,and decreased residents'satisfaction,it independently designs and develops a traceable and paid garbage classification management system using new generation information technology such as the Internet of Things and Big Data.The system uses a mobile phone number as the user's identity authentication for accessing the system to achieve real name placement.It achieves the goal of real name,traceability,payment by waste producers,unlimited time and unmanned supervision of garbage classification and placement,and establishes an intelligent and informatization garbage classification ecosystem.
