全自动运行系统线路车载综合监控视频联动功能设计方案OA

城市轨道交通全自动运行系统涉及车辆、信号、综合监控、通信、站台门、车辆基地等多个方面.与传统CBTC相比,运营控制模式从由司机、控制中心调度员和车站值班员共同参与控制,转变为由控制中心调度员直接对列车进行运营指挥.信号系统与车辆、综合监控、安防等多系统配合,实现对列车全自动运行的全面监控,其中车载视频监控增加车载视频自动联动到OCC功能,使调度更快速,并能有效应对运营过程中的扰动,为调度指挥决策提供详尽信息,提升运营行车调整能力.文章根据全自动运行场景的实际需求,阐述全自动运行车载视频联动功能的实现方式.

Urban rail transit fully automatic operation system is a systematic engineering,involving vehicles,signals,comprehensive monitoring,communication,platform doors,vehicle bases and other aspects.Compared with the traditional CBTC,the operation control mode in which the driver,the control center dispatcher and the station watchman participate in the control is transformed into an operation control mode in which the control center dispatcher needs to directly face the train for operation command.The signal system cooperates with multiple systems such as vehicles,comprehensive monitoring system,and security system to achieve comprehensive monitoring of the fully automatic operation of trains.Among them,the in-vehicle video monitoring adds the function of automatic linkage of in-vehicl video to OCC,making dispatch faster and effectively responding to disturbances during operation.It provides detailed information for dispatch and command decision-making,and improves the ability of operation and train adjustment.This paper elaborates on the implementation method of the fully automatic operation in-vehicle video linkage function based on the actual needs of the fully automatic operation scenario.
