The research aims to design and implement an intelligent talent management system in colleges and universities based on information thinking,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of personnel management in colleges and universities.Through the integration of information technology and human resource management,a comprehensive management platform is constructed.The design of the system uses Big Data technology to analyze and mine key talent management data,providing a scientific basis for decision-making.In practical application,the system effectively solves some problems existing in talent management in colleges and universities,and improves the efficiency and quality of talent management in colleges and universities.The system will be further improved,optimized and upgraded in the future to better meet the development needs of talent management in colleges and universities.
