Taking Hebei Province as an example,a management system is designed and developed with the national inventory natural resource asset inventory work.The system displays the current distribution of six types of natural resource assets,including land,minerals,sea,forest,grassland and wetland,through the 3D real scene.It also completes physical quantity statistics and value accounting,realizes functions such as data browsing,querying,spatial positioning,3D display and thematic analysis,and establishes a historical data comparison module to meet the needs of multi-period data management.The implementation of the system provides a feasible and replicable technology solution for the comprehensive inventory work of national inventory natural resource assets,and promotes reforms in the property rights system of natural resource assets,creating favorable conditions for the next step of transformation of natural resource into assets,assets into capital and cash.
