在长江大保护建设及运营项目中,物资管理工作至关重要.文章对长江大保护物资管理业务痛点进行了分析,结合长江大保护智慧水管家模式中的采购一体化、集中管理等需求,设计并实现一种长江大保护物资管理系统.采用中台架构构建物资编码管理、到货验收管理、仓储管理、资产管理等功能,真正做到基于"集中存储、专业采购、按需领用、资源共享"的管理原则实现物资全生命周期的集中化管理.系统已在实际项目中得以推广应用,优化了仓储管理模式,使多项关键技术成功落地.

Material management is crucial in the construction and operation of the Yangtze River Protection.This paper analyzes the pain points of the Yangtze River Protection material management business,and designs and implements a Yangtze River Protection material management system based on the requirements of procurement integration and centralized management in the Yangtze River Protection smart water manager mode.Adopting a central platform architecture to build functions such as material coding management,arrival acceptance management,warehousing management,and asset management,truly achieving centralized management of the entire lifecycle of materials based on the management principles of"centralized storage,professional procurement,on-demand requisition,and resource sharing".The system has been promoted and applied in practical projects,optimizing the warehouse management mode and successfully implementing multiple key technologies.
