数字经济如何推动农业机械化水平提升?OA北大核心CSTPCD
How does the digital economy promote the level of agricultural mechanization?Based on the perspective of labor migration
为探究数字经济对农业机械化水平提升的影响,采用2014-2021年中国1610个县域面板数据,利用基准回归模型、门槛效应模型和中介效应模型,系统分析了数字经济对农业机械化水平提升的作用机制.结果表明:1)数字经济显著推动了农业机械化水平提升;2)门槛效应分析表明,随着农业机械化水平的提升,数字经济对农业机械化的影响作用边际递减;3)数字经济通过劳动力转移影响农业机械化水平提升;4)异质性分析表明,与所属地级市距离较远、土地经营规模小、地形坡度较大的地区数字经济对农业机械化水平的提升效果更明显.由此,提出发展现代农业机械化和实施差别化农机策略等政策建议.
In order to investigate the impact of digital economy on the enhancement of agricultural mechanization level,based on the panel data of 1 610 counties in China from 2014 to 2021,the impact of the digital economy on the enhancement of agricultural mechanization level was systematically analyzed by using benchmark regression model,threshold effect model,and mediation effect model.The resuls showed that:1)The digital economy significantly promoted the level of agricultural mechanization;2)The results of threshold effect analysis showed that the influence of digital economy on agricultural mechanization has gradually weakened with the improvement of the level of agricultural mechanization;3)The digital economy promoted labor transfer,and the transfer of labor force to non-agricultural industries inhibited the improvement of agricultural mechanization level;4)The results of heterogeneity analysis showed that when the distance was further from the prefecture-level city to which it belonged,the scale of the land operation was small,and the slope of the terrainwas more significatnt,the enhancement effect of digital economy was more obvious.Therefore,policy recommendations,such as the development of present agricultural mechanization and implementation of a differentiated agricultural machinery strategy,are proposed in this study.
