转型期乡村纠纷治理共同体的构建逻辑与推进策略
Constructing Logic and Promotional Strategies of Community for Governing Rural Disputes during the Transitional Period:A Value-System Analysis

Abstract
As a polyphonic narrative within the realm of social governance communities,the community of rural dispute governance provides a possible solution to the fragmentation of the rural dispute resolution mechanism.Based on the situation of rural society in the period of transformation and from the perspective of community theo-ry,the rural dispute governance community can be regarded as a multi-actor in rural dispute resolution.It cre-ates a rural dispute mediation scheme with the guarantee of a commonly recognized system and norms,promoting effective governance of rural disputes to meet the people's needs for a better life within the organic collective.From a logical perspective,the rural dispute governance community is embedded in the interconnected value im-plication and functional relationship system.The value implication is the core,focusing on expounding the plu-ralistic value pursuit from the individual,organizational,and societal perspectives of the community members,ultimately pointing to the visionary goal of a people-centered rural dispute governance community.The institu-tional system serves as the foundation,focusing on clarifying the identity boundary and governance structure of the pluralistic subjects in the rural dispute governance community.The implication goal guides the formation and maintenance of the system,with the system serving as the external form of the implication goal and the basis of its realization.Their interdependence is crucial for understanding the community of rural dispute governance.In the future,promoting the construction of the rural dispute governance community can be achieved by adhering to the overall leadership of the party,constructing the mechanism of value internalization,and strengthening the system.This will drive the organizational advantages of the rural dispute governance community to transform into governance effectiveness and propel the community to new heights.关键词
