中国公众助贫行为的基本模式、影响因素及参与效应
The Basic Patterns,Influencing Factors and Participatory Effect of Chinese Citizens'Poverty-Re-ducing Behavior

Abstract
The success of poverty governance in contemporary China is attributed not only to the robust govern-ance capacity and actions of the state but also to the extensive participation of the public.Various forms of pover-ty-reducing behaviors are a primary means for the general public to participate in poverty governance.Based on survey data from 2132 questionnaires,this paper systematically analyzes the basic patterns,influencing factors,and effects of public participation in poverty alleviation in China.In terms of basic patterns,the public can par-ticipate in poverty reduction through major means such as shopping & consumption,financial borrowing,educa-tion & scientific engagement,and donation & assistance,as well as organized action.The level of participation in these actions is relatively high,reflecting the functions of the government,the market,and volunteer mecha-nisms.Regarding influencing factors,the Civic Voluntarism Model(CVM),which integrates resources,exter-nal mobilization,and internal motivation,has a strong explanatory power.Particularly,emphasizing public in-terests and actively participating in public affairs have stronger positive predictive effects on poverty-reducing behavior.Concerning participatory effects,poverty-reducing behavior positively predicts poverty alleviation per-formance evaluation and institutional identification;simultaneously,the experience of corruption negatively pre-dicts both.Cultivating active citizens,fostering public participation,and combating corruption not only summa-rize and verify China's successful experience in poverty governance but also serve as a reference for smoothly promoting various undertakings of national governance in China's modernization journey toward shared prosperi-ty.关键词
