摘要
Abstract
Malocclusion is one of the most common devel-opmental abnormalities within maxillofacial region.The orth-odontic period for patients,especially adult patients,could last for years along with poor clinical outcomes and multiple complications including tooth loosening,root adsorption,bone fenestration and cracking,owing to their delayed periodontal metabolism and reconstruction,which has significantly nega-tive impact on the patients'physical and psychological health.Recently,researchers worldwide have developed a series of clinical orthodontic accelerating techniques for improvement of orthodontic efficiency,which are mainly categorized as sur-gical intervention,medical intervention and physical stimula-tion.This study systemically reviews and summarizes the nov-el progress and inherent mechanisms in orthodontic accelerat-ing techniques,aiming to offer reliable references for develop-ment of high-performance orthodontic accelerating techniques and cptimization of clinical management strategies.关键词
