目的 评价三维数字化模型在牙体缺损修复方案设计教学中的应用效果.方法 研究于2023年5月在中山大学光华口腔医学院进行.选取中山大学光华口腔医学院2019级口腔临床医学专业本科学生40名为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组20名.随机选取数据库中100个病例的资料,由3名专家商议确定患牙的修复体类型,作为评判标准.再将上述病例随机分为讲解授课组病例和考核组病例.研究组学生采用数字化三维模型培训方式,利用三维软件完成讲解授课组的病例学习,随后对考核组病例进行修复类型的判断选择.对照组学生以二维图片为案例素材进行学习及随后的病例考核.与专家标准比对后,计算两组学生修复体类型判断的准确度.并对两组学生进行教学效果问卷调查.结果 对于高嵌体及桩核冠的判断,研究组学生准确率高于对照组学生,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001).问卷调查结果显示,研究组学生在学习兴趣、理解理论知识、感知牙体缺损和对于修复体类型的选择信心及效率方面的评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 将三维数字化模型应用于口腔修复学临床教学中有利于学生深刻理解牙体缺损固定修复的知识体系,帮助其完成从理论学习到临床实践的认知转变.

Objective To evaluate the effect of three-dimensional digital model in the clinical teaching of prosthodon-tics.Methods This study was conducted in May 2023 in Guanghua School of Stomatology,Sun Yat-sen University.For-ty undergraduate students majoring in clinical oral medicine in Guanghua School of Stomatology,Sun Yat-sen University in 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 20 students in each group.Data from 100 cases in the database were randomly selected.The restoration types of 100 cases were determined by three experts as the evaluation criteria.The above cases were randomly divided into teaching group and assessment group,with 50 cases in each group.The students in the study group were trained by digital three-dimensional model,and completed the case study of the teaching group by using three-dimensional software,and then judged and selected the restoration types of the cases in the assessment group.Students in the control group used two-di-mensional pictures as case materials for learning and subsequent case assessment.After comparison with the expert stan-dard,the accuracy of the two groups of students in judging the types of restorations was calculated.A questionnaire sur-vey was conducted on the teaching effect of the two groups.Results In terms of the judgment of onlay and post-core crown,the accuracy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.001).The results of the ques-tionnaire survey showed that the students in the study group scored higher than those in the control group in terms of interest in learning,understanding of theoretical knowledge,perception of tooth defect,confidence in the choice of prosthesis type and efficiency,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The appli-cation of 3D digital model in clinical teaching of prosthodontics is helpful for students to deeply understand the knowl-edge system of fixed restoration of tooth defect,and helps them complete the cognitive transformation from theoretical learning to clinical practice.
