Abstract
With the rapid development of left atrial appendage closure(LAAC)technologies and researches and the publication of the results of many clinical studies in recent years,the efficacy and safety of LAAC in preventing stroke and systemic thromboembolism for atrial fibrillation(AF)have been furtherd emonstrated.LAAC has emerged as an important nonpharmacological intervention for stroke prevention in patients with nonvalvular AF.In the past decade,LAAC devices,technologies and evidence-based medical evidence in China have made remarkable achievements.The present article reviews the application and development of LAAC in China.关键词
