体外膜氧合在成人心脏术后合并严重急性呼吸衰竭患者中的应用
Application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in adult patients with severe acute respiratory failure after cardiac surgery

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of V-V ECMO in adult patients with severe acute respiratory failure after cardiac surgery.Methods We collected data of patients who received V-V ECMO assistance after adult cardiac surgery com-bined with severe acute respiratory failure in our center between July 2018 and December 2021,and to analyze the survival rate of hospitalization as well as ECMO-related complications in them.Results Totally thirteen patients were collected,76.9%were male,the mean age was 65.2 years,and the mean duration of ECMO was 145.2 hours.Eleven patients(84.6%)were successfully weaned from V-V ECMO.Eight patients(61.5%)survived to hospital discharge.Among the death cases,three were due to MOF and two were due to respiratory failure.Conclusion The use of V-V ECMO in adult patients with severe ALF after cardiac sur-gery can significantly reduce hospital mortality without increasing the incidence of ECMO related complications.Therefore,the use of V-V ECMO in this group of patients is safe and effective.关键词
