终末温血逆灌结合del Nido心脏停搏液在成人心脏外科手术中的心肌保护作用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effects of terminal warm blood retro-reperfusion combined with del Nido cardioplegia in adult cardiac surgeries.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 161 patients who under-went cardiac surgeries with terminal warm blood retro-reperfusion(TWBR,62 patients)or not(non-TWBR 99 patients)com-bined with del Nido cardioplegia between December 2017 to January 2020.The patients'demographic,preoperative,operative and postoperative characteristics were collected for comparison.Results After propensity matching,TWBR and non-TWBR were 50 patients each.We did not observe any statistically significant difference in the preoperative,operative data between the two groups.There were no significant differences in postoperative troponin T,B-type natriuretic peptide,administration of inotro-pe drugs at the end of cardiopulmonary bypass,in-hospital mortality and intensive care unit stay between the two groups.Con-clusion TWBR did not improve the myocardial protective effects of del Nido cardioplegia in adult cardiac surgeries.关键词
