信息化智能柜在体外循环耗材管理中的应用及效果评价
Application and effect evaluation of informatized intelligent cabinet in con-sumable management of cardiopulmonary bypass
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of informatized intelligent cabinet in the manage-ment of cardiopulmonary bypass consumables.Methods The operating room is equipped with a terminal informatized intelli-gent cabinet,which is a virtual secondary library connected in series with the hospital's SPD logistics management system.Car-diopulmonary bypass consumables are distinguished between high value and low value.High value consumables are stored in a"one item,one code"system,while low value consumables are stored in a fixed number of packages and scanned codes in the in-telligent cabinet of the department terminal.All consumables are delivered in a"one-stop"manner,managed in a"chain"manner with traceability,and accounted on an actual basis.We compared the time required for declaration,requisition,inventory,re-trieval,and verification of cardiopulmonary bypass consumables before and after application.Results The application of the in-formation based intelligent cabinet system has effectively shortened the time for declaration,requisition,inventory,retrieval,and verification of extracorporeal circulation consumables,and the differences are all statistically significant(P<0.05);Zero invento-ry of cardiopulmonary bypass consumables is successfully achieved in the department.Conclusion The application of intelli-gent cabinet system in the management of cardiopulmonary bypass consumables,which enables the visual and integrated man-agement of consumables throughout the entire process,effectively improves the management efficiency of consumables and opti-mizes the workflow.关键词
