Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of kinesiophobia in patients after cardiopulmo-nary bypass,and to provide reference and direction for individualized education.Methods A total of 348 patients,who were hos-pitalized in the Department of Cardiac Macrovascular Surgery in the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire and exercise fear scale were used to investigate the patients with heart disease.Results Kinesiophobia was identified in 270(77.58%)participants(TSK-SV Heart>37).Scores were found to be negatively correlated with self-efficacy and social support and positively correlated with fatigue and anxiety and depression.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age(β=2.225,P<0.015),postoperative time(β =-2.650,P<0.001),social support(β =-0.140,P<0.004),and self-efficacy(β = 0.362,P<0.001)were independent influencing factors.Conclusion Our study found that patients after cardiac surgery have a high incidence of kinesiophobia.Individualized interven-tions are required to reduce the incidence of kinesiophobia and to promote patient participation in cardiac rehabilitation.关键词
