Research progress in nosocomial infection and clinical management strategies of antibiotics during extracorporeal membrane oxygenation
摘要
Abstract
Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)is increasingly used in more and more patients with refractory cardiopulmonary failure.Nosocomial infection acquired during ECMO is one of the most common complications,which serious-ly threatens the clinical prognosis of patients.This article systematically reviewed the source of infection under ECMO treat-ment,clinical management strategies,and the relationship between antibiotic intervention guidelines and clinical outcomes in ECMO patients with nosocomial infection.Our purpose is to correctly recognize nosocomial infections during ECMO therapy and the management of clinical antibiotic application.关键词
