Progress in prevention and treatment of cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury in recent five years
摘要
Abstract
Acute kidney injury caused by cardiac surgery is known as cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury(CSA-AKI).Depending on the type of surgery,the incidence of CSA-AKI ranges from approximately 5%to 42%.A tight associ-ation has been found between CSA-AKI and perioperative mortality,prolonged stay in the hospital and intensive care unit(ICU)after cardiac surgery.This article summarizes the progress made in the last five years on CSA-AKI's early prevention and treat-ment.关键词
