Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of the Ointment Treatment for Eczema based on Decision Tree Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the economics of Binghuang ointment for treating eczema.Methods Based on the results of a randomized controlled trial conducted in this study,a decision tree model was used to evaluate the economic efficiency of the use of Huanfule ointment and compound betamethasone dipropionate ointment for the treatment of eczema from the perspective of the healthcare system.The results showed that compared to compound betamethasone dipropionate ointment,Huanfule ointment can significantly reduce the number of eczema outbreaks before and after treatment,and is also more cost-effective in terms of drug costs and annual outpatient diagnosis and treatment expenses.The robustness of the results was ensured through sensitivity analysis.Results The results of the cost-effect analysis show that the cost of the ointment group is higher than that of the control group,and the effect obtained is also higher than that of the control group.The incremental cost-effect ratio is 17.8%,which is about 1% of the per capita disposable income in China in 2021.The sensitivity analysis results show that the results of this study are relatively stable.Conclusion The cost of the Huanfule ointment group was higher than that of the control group,while the results obtained were also higher than those of the control group,with an incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of 17.8%.Sensitivity analysis results showed that the results were stable.Conclusion The use of Huanfule ointment for the treatment of eczema is more cost-effective than the use of compound betamethasone dipropionate ointment.关键词
