Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of the national centralized drug procurement policy on the migration of antibacterial drug consumption.Methods statistics was carried out in the categories,varieties,amounts and manufacturers of antibacterial drugs before and after the implementation of the national centralized purchase policy,and analyze the impact of policy on antibacterial drug use habits of patients.Results After implemented the national centralized procurement policy,the overall growth rate of the selected antibiotics sales volume was 36.60%,with the largest growth rate of cefuroxime axetil.Before policy implementation,antibacterial drugs consumed was mainly at the high quality level;while the value after implementation was mainly at the low quality level.Besides,it was estimated to reduce expenses 1.9378 million yuan after policy implementation.Conclusion The national centralized purchase policy effectively reduces the economic burden of patients in drugs.关键词
