摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of self-made Xinyi Tongqiao Fluid on nasal endoscopic score,sinus CT score and nasal mucociliary motor function in patients with chronic sinusitis(CRS)after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 108 patients with CRS admitted to Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=54)according to random number table method.The two groups were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,the control group was given hypertonic saline nasal irrigation after operation,and the observation group was given self-designed Xinyi orifice liquid irrigation on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of treatment,and L-K score,L-M score,nasal mucociliary motor function[mucociliary transport time(MTT),mucociliary transport rate(MTR)]before surgery and at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).At 6 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery,L-K score,L-M score and MTT of two groups were decreased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);MTR of both groups was increased(P＜0.05),and observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Self-made Xinyi Tongqiao liquid for irrigation of patients with CRS after nasal endoscopic surgery has significant clinical efficacy,and it can promote the recovery of postoperative nasal mucociliary motor function and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
