摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the adaptive ability and mechanism of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale to water defi-cit environment,so as to provide theoretical support for their bionic cultivation.Methods:The contents of osmotic regulatory substances and activities of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale were studied by potted plants under continuous drought stress and rewater treatment.Results:With the prolonged drought time,the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and malondialdehyde(MDA)in Dendrobium nobile leaves were firstly increased and then decreased,while the contents of proline,su-peroxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activities were continuously increased,while the activity of catalase(CAT)was grad-ually decreased.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,MDA and POD activity in Dendrobium officinale leaves increased firstly and then decreased,the activities of SOD and CAT increased continuously,and the contents of proline also increased continuously after a slight decrease in the initial period of drought.At 20 days after rehydration,the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and CAT ac-tivity in Dendrobium nobile leaves recovered and decreased to the levels than those in full water supply,while the contents of proline,MDA and the activities of SOD,POD were still slightly higher than those in full water supply.The contents of soluble protein,MDA and CAT activity in Dendrobium officinale leaves recovered and decreased to the lower levels than those in full water supply,while the con-tents of soluble sugar,proline and the activities of SOD,POD were still slightly higher than those in full water supply.Conclusion:Den-drobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale have strong drought tolerance and recovery ability after drought stress.
