相思子及其混淆品的特异性PCR鉴别
Specific PCR Identification of Abrus precatorius and Its Adulterants
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a rapid and specific polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method for Abrus precatorius and its adul-terants.Methods:By comparing ITS2、rbcL and psbA-trnH gene sequences of Abrus precatorius and its adulterants,the SNP site was searched and the specific primers were designed.The reaction system and reaction conditions were screened and optimized,the methodo-logical investigation and feasibility verification were carried out at the same time.Results:The specific primers were designed in the se-quence region of psbA-trnH,and only the target band of 200～300 bp could be amplified from the DNA genome of Abrus precatorius.However,under the same conditions,the adulterants did not have the band.Conclusion:The specific PCR method estab-lished in this study can identify Abrus precatorius and its adulterants quickly and accurately,and has the value of popularization and ap-plication.关键词
