摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of water extraction from the Dai medicine"Haoming"(Curcuma longa rhizome).Methods:The various chromatographic techniques,such as macro-porous resin,silica gel column chromatography and semi-prep HPLC were used to isolate and purify compounds from the water extraction of Curcuma longa rhizome,the structures of these com-pounds were identified by analysis of physicochemical property and spectroscopic data.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from water extraction of Curcuma longa rhizome and identified as longpene E(1),citronellol(2),curcumin(3),demethoxycurcumin(4),bis-demethoxycurcumin(5),bisacurone(6),bisacurone B(7),intermedin B(8),longpene C(9),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl ether(10),neoolivil(11),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compounds 10,11 are isolated from Cur-cuma longa rhizome for the first time.
