摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the pterosins from Pteris vittata.Methods:The pterosins from Pteris vittata were isolated and puri-fied by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,semi-preparative high performance liquid chroma-tography,etc.Their structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectral data.Results:Twelve pterosins were iso-lated from ethyl acetate extract of Pteris vittata ethanol extract and identified as(3R)-pteroside W(1),(2R,3S)-pterosin S 14-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),spelosin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(2R,3R)-pterosin L 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(3R)-pterosin D 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),6-(1,2-dihydroxyethyl)-2,5,7-trimethyl-1-inden-1-one(6),(2S,3S)-pterosin Q 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),(2R,3S)-pterosin Q 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),(2S,3S)-pterosin C 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),(2R,3S)-pterosin C 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),(2R,3S)-pterosin C(11),(2S,3S)-pterosin T 14-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 12 are isolated from Pteris vittata for the first time.
