高职院校教培融通的理论逻辑、现实依据及实践方向
Theoretical Logic,Realistic Basis and Practical Direction of the Integration of Teaching and Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
High-quality development needs higher vocational colleges to strengthen education and vocational training all-round integration.In theoretical logic,niche theory,structure and function theory,supply-side reform theory and adaptation theory have important inspirations to the integration of teaching and training in higher vocational colleges.In terms of practical requirements,optimizing the policy promotion of the modern vocational education system,solving the responsibility of the bottleneck of vocational growth of the educated,constructing the development requirements of the pattern of integrated education and training,and meeting the needs of the integration of industry and education,is the objective basis for teaching,training and accommodation of necessity.In the practical direction,optimizing the function structure of running a school,constructing the system of integrating resources,building the integrated team and innovating the operating mechanism will help to promote the realization of value and the reality of the connotation-based development of higher vocational colleges.关键词
