Abstract
Facing the modern apprenticeship system,accelerating the construction of the"three circles and three comprehensive"talent cultivation model in vocational colleges is conducive to focusing on the first classroom education,shaping the campus education space,and building a joint force for talent cultivation.The"three circle and three comprehensive"talent cultivation model in vocational colleges is based on the"three comprehensive education",adding"inner circle","middle circle",and"outer circle".The core elements include setting talent cultivation goals,formulating talent cultivation standards,optimizing talent cultivation processes,building talent cultivation spaces,and implementing talent cultivation evaluations.The implementation approach of the"three circles and three comprehensive"talent cultivation model in vocational colleges is to deeply cultivate the"inner circle"and improve the classroom education model;empower the"middle circle"and optimize the educational environment on campus;expand the"outer circle"and enrich the forms of talent cultivation;connect the"three circles"and integrate to form a new pattern of education.关键词
