Abstract

Deepening the industry-education integration is an urgent requirement to promote the supply-side structural reform of human resources.Building a mechanism for integrating industry and education is necessary for implementing national policy requirements,which is conducive to improving the effectiveness of industry-education integration and the quality of talent cultivation.Currently,the main challenges faced by local applied undergraduate universities in the industry-education integration include insufficient depth of understanding,the absence of a formed concept of a community with a shared future,and a lack of a sound coordination and promotion mechanism.Based on the theory of mechanism construction,a mechanism for the industry-education integration in local applied undergraduate universities has been constructed from five aspects:cooperation subjects,cooperation systems,integration models,guarantee funds and evaluation systems.Corresponding practical paths have been proposed:designing talent training programs;building a practical teaching system;developing a curriculum and teaching outline;implementing a multidimensional teaching model;and building a"double-qualified teacher"teaching team.
