摘要

Abstract

Effective classroom teaching is the most fundamental instructional organizational form in theoretical teaching.It serves as a crucial approach to achieving the goals of talent cultivation and possesses characteristics such as the collaborative nature of teacher-student relationships,the inspirational nature of teaching methods,the vocational nature of teaching content,the situational nature of teaching activities,and the regulatory nature of teaching evaluation.In the new era,vocational colleges face challenges in implementing effective classroom teaching,including insufficient awareness and abilities for active student learning,lagging development of teachers'professional teaching abilities,overall inadequacy of teaching resources,and insufficient utilization of the role of teaching evaluation.To address these challenges,higher vocational colleges in the new era need to adhere to the laws of vocational education,transform teachers'teaching concepts,clarify classroom teaching objectives,create open and effective classrooms,develop high-quality teaching resources,establish effective teaching scenarios,use teaching methods effectively to enhance teachers'teaching abilities,and improve the classroom evaluation mechanism to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
