应然、实然、必然:论职业院校劳动教育的实践逻辑
Necessity,Actuality and Inevitability:On the Practical Logic of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Based on a dual consideration of theory and practice,the logic relationships between vocational education and labor education,classroom teaching and social practice,and educational objectives and training goals should be clarified in labor education in higher vocational colleges.However,when examining the current practical aspects of labor education in higher vocational colleges,there are generally three deviations:the"virtualization"of the value positioning of labor education,the"narrowing"of practical approaches,and the"alienation"of goal pursuits.Labor education in higher vocational colleges should achieve the organic unity of"knowledge,emotion,will and action"."Knowledge"should focus on establishing a solid cognitive foundation;"emotion"should seek emotional warmth;"will"aims to enhance ideological depth;and"action"intends to emphasize practical intensity.Only through the integrated intersection of these four elements can labor education truly be integrated into the entire process of talent cultivation in vocational education.关键词
