Action Research:A Practical Choice for Enhancing Teachers'Research Competence in the Context of High-quality Development

Abstract
Elevating teachers'research competence is a justified and essential requirement for the high-quality development of vocational education teachers within the framework of the"double-high plan".Action research emerges as the genuine choice for higher vocational college teachers to effectively enhance their research competence.For these teachers,engaging in educational action research is not only an objective requirement for implementing the concept of curriculum education but also an essential demand aligned with the principles of vocational education and teaching.It represents an internal need to propel their own career development.The practical paths for higher vocational college teachers to conduct educational action research can follow two typical processes:the open action research process and the directional action research process.Educational action research for higher vocational college teachers exhibits the unique characteristics of being"cross-border"and"complicated"in vocational education,requiring teachers to explore and construct the action research pattern of"body-surface-line-point"in the practice of curriculum education and teaching reflection.关键词
