高职院校教师对人工智能使用意愿和影响因素分析
Analysis of Vocational College Teachers'Willingness to Use Artificial Intelligence and Influencing Factors:An Exploratory Study Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract
Based on the grounded theory,this study explores the willingness of higher vocational college teachers to use artificial intelligence(AI)technology in their educational and teaching work,as well as the influencing factors.The analysis reveals that the willingness of higher vocational college teachers to use AI technology is influenced by perceived value,technical factors,individual factors,risk factors and the external environment.Perceived value refers to the benefits and costs perceived by teachers during the process of using the technology;technical factors encompass the advantages and limitations of AI technology itself.Individual factors include age structure and self-perception.Risk factors consist of both technological uncertainties and teachers'individual perceptions of risks.The external environment includes social opinions and policy orientations.In the face of the future trend of intelligent education and teaching,individual teachers should timely change their mindset,master AI technology and innovate teaching methods.Society and the government should improve laws and regulations,strengthen AI regulatory measures,and reinforce their defensive thinking to construct an AI education system that aligns with China's characteristics.关键词
