摘要

Abstract

In order to clarify the adaptability of flue-cured tobacco NC55 in the tobacco area of Heilongjiang Province,a study was conducted on the growth and development,yield,quality,and aroma component change of NC55 for three consecutive years(2018-2020),by using the locally grown variety Longjiang 911 as a control.The results showed that there was no significant difference in plant height between NC55 and Longjiang 911 at the root extension and vigorous growth stages,and the plant height of NC55 was higher than that of Longjiang 911 in 2019;there was no significant difference in leaf length between NC55 and Longjiang 911 in 2018 and 2019,while the leaf width of NC55 was significantly higher than that of Longjiang 911 at vigorous growth stage in 2019;there was no significant difference in yield between NC55 and Longjiang 911,the proportion of high-quality and medium tobacco of NC55 significantly increased;compared with the Longjiang 911,the total sugar,chloride ions,and reducing sugar contents in tobacco leaves of NC55 significantly reduced,the appearance and sensory quality of tobacco leaves were improved,and the contents of two aroma components(lutein degradation product and new phytodiene)of NC55 significantly increased.Comprehensive analysis suggested that NC55 had good adaptability in tobacco area of Heilongjiang Province.
