Abstract
In order to build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,orderly promote the realization of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutralization",and ensure the safe and reliable supply of electric power,it is necessary to develop new energy vigorously,give play to the role of coal-fired power,and scientifically formulate the power supply development plan.This paper takes the key indexes such as reliability,clean and low-carbon,technology and economy of power planning into consideration.The index weight is scientifically determined based on the entropy weight method,and the comparison method of power planning schemes is studied by applying the extension comprehensive evaluation model.Through the example verification,the method proposed in this paper can realize the comprehensive evaluation of the power planning scheme,reduce the interference of subjective factors in the calculation of each index weight,and provide a scientific basis for the planning and transformation of the new power system structure and the construction of the power grid under the"double carbon"goal.关键词
