Difficulties and Countermeasures of the"Double First-Class Project"Construction Experience in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract
The"double first-class"construction is another major higher education development plan af-ter the Project 985 and the Project 211.With the steady advancement of the national"double first-class project"construction,local governments and universities have made efforts to launch an all-out"double first-class project"construction.The"double first-class project"construction colleges and universities adhere to scientific positioning,good governance,and focus on connotation construction.They have a-chieved many landmark achievements in personnel training,discipline construction and scientific re-search,social service and cultural inheritance and innovation,international exchanges and cooperation,governance system structure optimization and management innovation.Through the in-depth study of national and local policies,this paper summarizes the problems that local colleges and universities face in constructing the"double first-class project",such as the resource gap,brain drain,and difficulties in integrating production and education in scientific research transformation.Taking Liaoning provincial u-niversity Shenyang Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes and excavates the meas-ures taken and achievements achieved in the construction process of the"double first-class project"in recent years.It also puts forward the paths and methods of local colleges and universities in the process of the"double first-class project"construction from four perspectives:clarify the construction core and focus on connotation development,optimize discipline layout and service strategic needs,adhere to mor-al cultivation and all-round service talent cultivation,innovation and reform,and interdisciplinary.关键词
