Abstract
"Students'evaluation of teaching"is a commonly used essential means in the quality man-agement of curriculum teaching in colleges and universities,it plays a significant role in guiding teach-ers'instruction.Nevertheless,in practice,it has not shown its due effect,and there are many debates on its effectiveness.The effectiveness of the evaluation must be based on the scientific evaluation index system.What is the"evaluation"of students'evaluation of teaching?What are the principles to be fol-lowed in constructing the evaluation index system?Based on the analysis of the needs of stakeholders in the student evaluation system and the specific matters of the evaluation system,this paper puts forward three dimensions for building the evaluation index system,including teachers'teaching behavior,students'learning behavior,and teaching effect.This paper explores and verifies what students can"e-valuate"as the main body of teaching evaluation from both theoretical and empirical aspects,as well as the reliability and validity of the evaluation of specific teaching items;finally,it proposes that perfecting the indicator system of student evaluation should follow the principles about the needs of stakeholders,the subjectivity of students,the scientific standard of value judgment,and the integration of"evalua-tion"and"research".关键词
