工业纯钛换热管胀管开裂失效分析及预防措施
Failure Analysis and Prevention Measures of Expansion Tube Cracking of Industrial Pure Titanium Heat Exchanger Tube

Abstract
Reason has been analyzed on the cracking and the failure of TA2 pure titanium thin-walled tubes that occur during the expansion process in the manufacturing of the tube heat exchanger.By locating the fracture location of failed tubes,observing macroscopic fracture surfaces,testing characteristic areas such as EBSD,SEM,and microstructure,causes of tube failure and the mechanism of crack were explored,and the process and influencing factors of crack were analyzed.The results indicate that the failure of the thin-walled titanium tube is due to the original defect at the head of the tube that was not completely removed during the rolling stage of the finished product,resulting in subsequent expansion of the tube crack and even penetration cracking.Although the longitudinal rolling lines on the inner wall of the tube are much smaller than the standard requirements,the subsequent stress deformation of the pipe and should be eliminated as much as possible.The effective preventive measures and suggestions have been proposed for the subsequent safety production and use.关键词
