Capacitive Properties of Carbon Cloth Grown Two-dimensional Co-MOF Material
以 2,6-萘二羧酸为配体,通过一步溶剂热法在碳布表面制备了二维Co-MOF纳米片,并探究反应温度和反应时间对材料形貌和电化学性能的影响,经过SEM和XPS表征以及电化学性能测试.结果表明:制备的Co-MOF纳米片形貌规整、分布均匀;当反应温度为 160℃、反应时间为 12 h的Co-MOF/CC的电化学性能最优;三电极测试体系中,当扫描速率为 10 mV/s时其面积比电容为211.7 mF/cm2,在 10 mA/cm2 电流密度下经过 2000 次循环后电容保持率为 82.3%.
Two-dimensional Co-MOF nanosheets were prepared on the surface of carbon cloth by the one-step solvothermal method using 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid as a ligand.The effects of reaction temperature and time on the morphology and electrochemical performance of the material are investigated.After SEM and XPS characterization and electrochemical performance test,the results show that the prepared Co-MOF nanosheets have regular morphology and uniform distribution.The electrochemical performance of Co-MOF/CC is optimal when the reaction temperature is 160℃and the reaction time is 12 hours.The area-specific capacitance is 211.7 mF/cm2 at a scan rate of 10 mV/s,and the capacitance retention rate is 82.3%after 2000 cycles at a current density of 10 mA/cm2 in the three-electrode testing system.
