Abstract
This article has described the factors affecting the contamination resistance of skin coatings and the difficulties of contamination resistance for the matte topcoat.The contamination resistance of acrylic resin systems for matte,semi gloss,and high gloss paint was compared,and the effect of the amount of fluorocarbon resin added on the contamination resistance of matte coatings was studied.The results indicate that:The paint of the matte acrylic resin system has a rough surface due to the high addition of matting powder,resulting in poor contamination resistance;Adding fluorocarbon resin to the acrylic resin system can improve the contamination resistance of the matte paint;And when the ratio of acrylic resin to fluorocarbon resin approaches 1∶1,it can not only meet the required performance requirements but also reduce costs.关键词
