摘要

Abstract

Polypyrrole-encapsulated WO3-x nanoparticles were prepared by solvothermal method and in situ reduction using raw materials such as tungsten chloride and pyrrole.The composites were characterised by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy,and the bactericidal properties of polypyrrole-encapsulated WO3-x nanoparticles before and after polypyrrole encapsulation were compared by in vitro bactericidal assay,single-linear oxygen generation capacity and photothermal test.The results show that the obtained polypyrrole-encapsulated WO3-x nanoparticles composites have better single-linear oxygen generation capacity and photothermal performance under 808 nm irradiation.The in vitro bactericidal experiments demonstrated the excellent bactericidal properties against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria,with 99.89%and 99.71%bactericidal rates against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,respectively.
