摘要
Abstract
The development of reference materials goes through the important steps of uniformity test,stability test,value determination and uncertainty evaluation.The fixed value of the reference material is related to the accuracy and reliability of the nominal value,therefore,that is particularly important.Combined with 8 laboratories to determine the value,the fixed data were tested whether there were abnormal data between and within groups by Dixon method,whether were normal distribution by Shapiro-Wilk method(W test),whether were equal precision by Cochran method.Through the statistical analysis,when the confidence probability p=0.95,the fixed data were in equal precision,normal distribution and no suspicious value.The nominal value of acrylonitrile content reference material was(31.5±0.4)％,after fixed value and uncertain evaluation of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber NBR2880.关键词
