Abstract
Product quality technical specifications are guidelines for enterprises to conduct production activities.To measure whether a product's quality can meet social needs,it is often necessary to set various indicators for the product in the product quality technical specifications.When the quality of the product is within the range of quality technical indicators,it is considered to meet social needs and can be produced and sold before it can be put into market use.In order to determine the product quality index and standard value,this paper mainly discusses the determination method of product quality technical index and standard value from six aspects:determining the quality index,determining the corresponding testing method,determining the sampling plan,implementing the test and determining the standard value,and regular monitoring.关键词
