Analysis of Xi Jinping's Discourse on National Food Security from the Strategic and the Tactical Dimensions

Abstract
Food security is an important basis for ensuring national security and safeguarding national development interests.Xi Jinping's discourse on national food security systematically expounds the strategic core and tactical framework of national food security governance,providing theoretical and practical guidance for understanding and grasping China's food security issues in the new development stage.Its strategic and tactical dimension has exceeded the traditional scope of stable production and supply,and formed a multidimensional governance system with the strategic core of"food securi-ty is among a country's most fundamental interests",and four tactical structures:"produce construction""price stability regulation""supply and de-mand management"and"international cooperation".The evolution at the strategic strategy level reflects the development and changes of the food secu-rity governance system.This change is in line with the development trend of food security for a large country,the macro layout of the country's new journey,and can effectively serve and support the realization of the national development strategy.关键词
