Evolution of Social Security for Common Prosperity:Logical Motivation,Practical Essentials and Policy Response

Abstract
Social security plays an important role in the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Entering a new era of solidly promoting common prosperity,social security not only has historical development opportunities,but also shoulders a greater mission and role.It is necessary to continuously enrich its theoretical system,policy system,and governance system according to the practical requirements of common pros-perity,and promote the development of a new institutional civilization for social security with Chinese characteristics.Starting from the historical evolu-tion of social security under the goal of common prosperity,the article analyzes the logical reasons for the development of social security,and explains the practical significance of actively and widely integrating social security into economic and social development and transformation in the new era,ef-fectively coordinating with growth,employment,distribution and other aspects,and deeply interacting with government,market,and social mecha-nisms.At the same time,we will vigorously promote and improve the wealth creation and the coordination distribution of social security,as well as the functions of promoting and stabilizing employment.Finally,this article proposes corresponding policy recommendations from a holistic perspective.关键词
